My approach
I structure complex topics so teams can deliver them efficiently.
I'm a Product Owner / Project Manager, with a background built across very different environments and a strongly hands-on approach. I'm used to working at the interface between technical, business, and client teams — taking on complex topics and making them actionable. What defines me most today is my ability to structure, prioritise, and clarify — so teams move in the right direction, without unnecessary noise.
PO/PM experience
I've led international SaaS products, from discovery to production.
My product experience has been built in payments, within B2B SaaS solutions used by international clients. I've worked on different subjects there — payment features, the integration of new payment methods, and compliance challenges. Each time, my role has been the same: take a business need that's sometimes vague and often technical, and turn it into a clear, testable solution that actually ships to production. What I like most in this work is exactly that shift from blurry to concrete — understanding what we're really trying to do and why, making it clear for the teams, and staying close to the subject from framing through to delivery. Payments is a demanding field, where technical, business, and regulatory sides all have to move together, and that's what makes it so stimulating to lead.
Before product
I worked close to customers, in demanding operational settings.
Before moving into tech, I spent several years in retail and hospitality, in roles with strong operational responsibility. As a shop manager, I handled sales, stock, and customer relationships day to day. In hospitality, I worked in a demanding, fast-paced, multicultural environment. These experiences taught me to make quick decisions, handle pressure, and understand users' real needs — skills I apply directly in product management today.
Outside work
Alongside my professional path, I pursue artistic and creative projects.
Outside work, I've practised abstract art for several years and have exhibited some of my pieces at an art gallery in Villefranche-sur-Mer.
During my Master's in Project Management, Innovation and Creativity, I also designed board games in an academic setting; two of them were later presented at the Cannes International Games Festival. These creative experiences helped me develop a structured approach to creation — blending exploration, rigour, and iteration.
